    Ring the Cascabel

    These chillies are perfect for Ottolenghi's mushroom taco recipe - one of our favourite dishes from 'Flavour'. They are super delicious!

    Great flavoured chilli

    I've never used cascabel chilli before and was a little cautious about using it. I didn't need to be though. The flavour is beautiful, fruity, smoky, and not at all hot. I made a Coffee and Cascabel Chilli rub chicken korma which was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to find more recipes to use this chilli.
