Made in the Northern Isles of Scotland using traditional methods and Orcadian ingredients, Orkney Craft Vinegars are raw, unpasteurised, unfiltered, and bottled with the mother. Aged in oak barrels for up to a year, these unique vinegars are softer than most mass-produced vinegars but are still flavourful and can be used in a variety of different dishes.
Mead, made from blossom honey, is infused with meadowsweet flowers then fermented into this slightly sweet and floral vinegar. Dress spring peas, cucumbers and asparagus, fried haloumi, baked salmon, or use to make hollandaise or mayonnaise.
