    Works very well

    So far I have used the Canele Mould on two occasions. The second effort worked better than the first attempt.

    Still getting used to the flexible Silicone. Are there any tips on how to avoid spillage when putting the filled Mould onto the preheated oven grid/grill? Next time I am thinking of filling the Moulds after I placed the empty Mould onto the cold oven grid which will make things easier when loading into the preheated oven. I am looking forward to many more French Caneles which are delicious.

    Love the little book of more than 30 recipes included with the Moulds which will make for some interesting variations.

    Hi John, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. A tip from De Buyer's Moul'flex user manual is to place the mould on a perforated baking tray for stability while allowing proper airflow and heat distribution. You could also try a metal cake/cookie cooling rack to sit the mould on before placing on the preheated oven grid. We hope your next batch of caneles is a success!
