Valette is a respected boutique French foie gras producer with impeccable animal husbandry standards, breeding outdoor ducks for foie gras. This velvety, finely emulsified foie gras is seasoned with salt, pepper and Armagnac then mixed with 30% of foie gras pieces and gently poached mi-cuit.
