Burners 40cm and larger have 2-3 concentric rings of flame, and separate dials that independently control each ring. The inner ring can be used alone for smaller paella pans, while the outer rings can be activated for larger pans, allowing for maximum control, flexibility, and even heat distribution.

We recommend the following size configurations for matching burners to paella pans:

• 30cm single ring burner: 36-46cm paella pans
• 40cm double ring burner: 28-55cm paella pans
• 50cm double ring burner: 36-70cm paella pans
• 60cm triple ring burner: 28-80cm paella pans
