Chocolate & Hazelnut Chia Pudding
Are you a Nutella Fan? This no-cook chia pudding recipe is a healthy breakfast alternative that is packed with super-foods and best of all it is completely sugar free.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1/3 cup chia sees
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp cold-pressed hazelnut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1 banana chopped
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- extra chia to garnish
In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, hazelnut and vanilla until combined.
Pour the mixture into 2 bowls and place in fridge.
Allow to set overnight.
Top with bananas and blueberries for natural sweetness and some chopped roasted hazelnuts for crunch. You may also want to sprinkle the puddings with some dry chia seeds.
