    Absolutely delicious

    This is made with care and it shows - slim, tender strips of sugary peel which can be used in almost anything.

    The strong compelling citrus flavour works well with confectionary and petit fours, and I have even added it to bread and butter pudding, which elevated it to next level comfort food.

    Highly recommended - I've already bought it twice.
